Peppers The Sands Torquay complements the facilities of an 18-hole Stuart Appleby-designed Golf Course.   The Resort is just 25 minutes from Avalon Airport and 70 minutes from Melbourne. With a breathtaking location on the beach side of The Sands Clubhouse, the resort comprises two interconnecting three level buildings accessible by a walkway to the Clubhouse along with all its dining and recreational facilities.

In addition to the golf course, recreational activities onsite include, Driving Range and Putting Green, tennis courts & multipurpose courts, Health Club with an indoor heated 4-lane/25 metre lap pool and gymnasium, Local walking tracks and Boardwalk access to the beach

There are 112 rooms and suites of which 98 rooms can twin share.  All have spacious room layouts with private balconies, separate meals/sitting areas and flat-screen LCD TVs. Room rates are inclusive of use of indoor heated swimming pool & gymnasium and car parking on site.

Peppers The Sands offers 3 rooms within the main building – Harrow, Balmoral & Cobden Rooms. Conference rooms feature natural light, floor to ceiling windows and a terrace balcony overlooking the golf course and sand dunes.
