Lancemore Hill is located on the edge of the Macedon Ranges, just over an hour north of the city and only 50 minutes from the airport.

The venue is situated on 274 acres of rolling hills and bushland. The property is situated roughly halfway between the golf courses at Kilmore and Lancefield. There are several wineries in the area, Hanging Rock and Mt Macedon.

Recreational facilities onsite include an outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis courts with lights for night tennis, two beach volleyball courts, croquet lawn, canoeing, pitch and putt golf, cricket facilities, mountain bikes, fun & fitness track and bushwalking. Indoor recreation areas are equipped with pool table, table tennis, carpet bowls and an extensive range of games, newspapers, books and magazines.

Lancemore Hill has 71 accommodation rooms all featuring heating, electric blankets, iron and ironing boards, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have a study area/work desk, modem points and voicemail.

5 flexible event spaces cater for between 6-100+ delegates offering a variety of conference rooms and breakout areas with additional lounge areas for delegates to relax. Conference rooms have natural light and ergonomic furniture.
