Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands opened in November 2021, located in the heart of Docklands and within Melbourne’s “free tram zone”, walking distance to waterside restaurants, bars and local attractions.

The hotel features 189 guest rooms, four food and beverage dining outlets and a range of leisure facilities including outdoor heated rooftop infinity pool and 24-hour fitness centre. Each of the guestrooms feature premium in-room amenities - luxuriant bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 55-inch LCD TV with Chromecast capability, complimentary bottled water, bar fridge and Nespresso coffee machine and tea facilities.

Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands has collaborated with Peter Rowland Group to exclusively create and deliver the food and beverage operations throughout the hotel’s food and beverage outlets and event spaces. As Melbourne Marriott Hotel Dockland’s preferred food and beverage provider, Peter Rowland Group will manage and cater for all catering and event needs. With floor to ceiling windows offering an abundance of natural light, the five event spaces feature a 250sqm Promenade Room which can hold up to 150 guests and can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller breakouts, along with two smaller 55sqm meeting rooms perfect for boardroom sessions.
