Surrounded by warm tropical waters, Hamilton Island is in the Whitsunday Group of Islands between the Queensland Coast and Great Barrier Reef, just south-east of Airlie Beach. Surrounded by coral-fringed beaches, the island offers a memorable Barrier Reef conference experience.

Hamilton Island has a variety of hotel and apartment accommodation with complimentary use of the gym, tennis court hire and use of non-motorised watercrafts at Catseye Beach.

Centrally located at The Reef Hotel, The Conference Centre is a multi-purpose venue suitable for a range of business events with space for up to 700 delegates.  The large entrance foyer has a mezzanine level which offers smaller meeting rooms suitable for breakouts.

Throughout the island, there are additional Conference facilities and function venues. The Yacht club has a spectacular waterfront location, cantilevering over Hamilton Island Marina and Dent Passage and provides 5 meeting rooms including an Auditorium as well as additional function space.  Qualia on the northernmost tip of Hamilton Island is perfect for corporate retreats or incentives with a small meeting room for up to 15 Boardroom style and the Golf Club on Dent Island can cater for corporate events for up to 70 guests.
