Jim along with wife Pam started Key Conference back in 2002. He has previously managed their own Conference Venues in the Yarra Valley.

Jim has a background in sales and marketing having worked for many years in the publishing industry in suburban newspapers. Jim has been involved in the hospitality industry for 35 years. He has a great knowledge of hotels, resorts and conference venues throughout Australia and Asia. He continues to grow his knowledge of conference venues globally through extensive travel attending relevant trade shows.

When time allows you’ll find Jim is off pursuing his passion for the sea and be sailing somewhere in Australia and sometimes overseas.
